Object: Org

What is this object and why do I care about it?​

The Organization object represents your entire company. Every other object is contained within the Organization.

Every Organization is issued a unique ID, which is sometimes confusingly called "the Account ID" because it appears in the Account ID position of the URN of every resource that you create in Pyrae.

For example, built-in Policies will have the Org ID sAutx4ZxiqTJUzJdvky2km, which can be seen in this example URN:

urn:pyrae:policy:us-west-2:sAutx4ZxiqTJUzJdvky2km:policy/rdsDbInstanceAutoBackupPolicy

Lifecycle​

This resource's lifecycle is managed by Pyrae Inc. We create the Org during onboarding.
