Contract: Owner Identification Lambda

What is this and why do I care about it?

The Owner Identification Lambda enables you to replace the owner identification strategy with any custom logic that you'd prefer. Pyrae's built in strategies either put every Resource in an Account into the same owning Bundle, or the strategy relies on a pyrae:OwnerBundle tag being present. This Lambda enables you to return whatever owner bundle you want for each resource, using whatever strategy you prefer. This is partuclarly useful if you use a third-party system for tracking ownership.
